Services and Scope
TDRuth provides professional development coaching, career transition guidance, and leadership mentoring. Sessions are delivered virtually or in person at our office in Johannesburg. The specific goals, duration, and format of each engagement are agreed upon in writing before the first session. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or promotions as a result of coaching.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your professional background and goals. You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and completing any agreed-upon exercises between meetings. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.
Payment and Cancellation
Fees for coaching packages are due before the first session unless otherwise agreed. Single-session payments are due at the time of booking. If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is forfeited and not refunded. Refunds for unused portions of a package are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided during coaching—including worksheets, frameworks, and session recordings—are for your personal use only. You may not distribute, reproduce, or sell these materials without our written permission. TDRuth retains all rights to its proprietary coaching methods and content.
Limitation of Liability
TDRuth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a coaching engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that specific session or package. We do not accept responsibility for decisions you make based on coaching advice.
Termination
Either party may terminate a coaching agreement with 7 days’ written notice. If TDRuth terminates due to a breach of these terms by the client, no refund will be issued for unused sessions. Upon termination, you must return or destroy any proprietary materials provided to you.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you may terminate your engagement as described above.
